If I recall correctly, the 4160 doesn't have a rear metering block right? Not a bad carb, but you can't tune the secondaries easily.

The 750HP will have a rear metering block with jets and a power valve, and I think mechanical secondaries. Far easier to tune. The mechanical secondaries should work just fine given the lightweight of a cobra, but you can expect fuel mileage to suffer.

Can't say I'm a big fan of the Demon line. They work fine and the quality is there, but I don't see any advantages over the Holley it's design is based on to justify the high price.

If you have your 4160 set up right, you probably won't notice much difference on the road by installing a 750HP. If you want to start tuning the rear of the carb, you can always add a rear metering block and quick change secondary spring kit to the 4160.
