The turkey pan would have to be modified for clearance around the dist cap on a 302 (not sure if a 351 has the same distance to carb) the csi throttle bracket will also require some work on both the turkey pan and bracket but it will work. On a 351 with a small dia MSD dist, the turkey pan does not require any cutting!
