Hi,
There are a number of things to change.
- change to a mustang steering rack- weld on new brackets
- move the brake pedal and master cylinder over to the other side,new brackets and brake lines
- move the clutch brackets and master cylinder or cable to the other side.
- move the steering wheel and new brackets to the other side.
- move the gauges to the left side also.
Then once it's all done you would probably have to get the car safety inspected.

No big deal ,probably a few grand ,depending on who did the work.
