If you got the build book it should have templates that show the holes. We use a die grinder for large holes and a hole saw for smaller ones.
Just mark it off and cut up to it slowly. If you stop a bit short you can then sand it out to size.
Or load that bad boy up and drive it up to the shop and we can cut the holes for you.
