there is no difference in the bottom end of a carburated or EFI engine, so just take off the injection system, set it aside and bolt up an intake and carb. The HP and torque will be affected both + or - with your choice of intake and carb. I would suggest buying a matched pair from Edelbrock giving you the Hp and torque levels you are looking for, but not knowing what cam you have or the flow rate of the heads, that's an educated guess.
