All vehicles 1996 and newer are OBD II. If you have no access to a scanner you can disconnect the battery and that will get rid of it, but you will also erase any adaptives which the computer will have to re-learn, no big deal though. Why the code in the first place ? Erasing it doesn't cure the reason it came on.
