Go to a sporting goods store and buy your self a box of gun barrel cleaning pads, hole punch a small hole in the middle and you are all set. I use mylar but I have no idea where you would fine that, got mine from work. You may also want to make sure the prongs on the tops liftdot receptacle are bent over and covered, mine were NOT.
