It's 11 am here in Hawaii, but I think it's 'tomorrow' where you are?

Sorry I don't know of any 'kit' to punch out a 351 to 427. No doubt max out the bore size and stuff a monster crank in the block. I'd bet you would have to grind away at places in the block to get clearance for the stroke. Special pistons and connecting rods would also be required. Then compression ratio would go WAY up due to the increased cubic inch displacement, so the combustion chambers would have to be sized properly to match the piston dome shape.

It aint gonna be easy...
