Yep, there actually are people up here who think that they should be treated differently because of their race. I've had it happen to me a couple of times, and I don't put up with it. I've also stood up for people who were being treated badly because of their race.
Personally, I really don't give a hoot what colour somebody is (though I will admit a preference for colours in the blue-green area of the spectrum - especially metallics
), but unfortunately, not everyone thinks like that.
