Default Left front tire rubbing

Hey guys: Still haveing problems with my left front tire rubbing. I was thinking on lowering my rear end to see if that would lift up the front. Even though i really like the way it sits right now with the rear end high. What level did you all set yours up at? I have tightened up the left spring using the nut on the bottom of the shock. The left side is like 5 threads higher then the right side. I dont like that at all. I loosed the lower control arm but have not touched the upper yet.

The adjustable knobs on the bottom. How do they work? When you are facing the knob, what happens when you turn it counter clock wise and clock wise.
