Thats the V 2.6 model sticker, the one that self inflates to drop down side curtains, 4 door airbags, front pedestrian rejection (with a cushion to land on) and has optional for a mere $1.25 extra a holographic funky background.
Bit of an overkill for a Cobra really,but, some like to over engineer.
