If I'm not mistaking, the silver one that Steve Forrristall has belongs to a collecter that has quite a Shelby collection. I think the guy is a lawyer. It might be the same silver one that Corvettes and Classics had a couple of years age. If so, the 427 was built by Southern Automotive and from what I heard, was not really that strong running of a car. I know Corvettes and Classics put a clutch in it.
Doug Reed knows a little about it. Call Corvettes and Classic and talk to Jerry. I'm sure he remembers the car.
I can tell you Steve Forristall is a stand up guy that knows his cars and won't steer you wrong.
