I have never dealt with e-bay or pay pal. Never trusted their security or the stuff they advertise. I know some people who have did well on e-bay and some who got royally screwed. None who got shafted ever recovered any of their money. Another thing that got me turned off on e-bay was a car that I saw on there for sale and the owner lived in Florida. I was on another car site later on that day and the same car was for sale by a different person who lived in New York.
