Nylocks here too. Had to use a 36mm socket for them. And they can be a bit of a bugger to do up depending on the depth of the socket. Get some machined flat washers to go under them too.

As far as torque is concerned. Do them up fairly tight. Their job is to keep the axle in the hub and the hub in the upright.
