Have a look at using a Milidon road racing pan they are very well baffled and have extra capacity without being overly deep, you will also need to get the pickup to suit.
302W part number is 31600 and pickup is 18485
351C pan number is 31483 and pickup is 18483
You could also look at a High Energy pans but I dont have any numbers for them
