Default Compomotive Wheels CCX3057

Hi:
Quick question on wheels. I've been told these are Compomotive wheels (neat looking, kind of a 289 Coupe pattern blacked out), any ideas on how the spinners are attached? I doubt they have been off the car in awhile, I've managed to loosen the spinners with WD-40 and a rawhide mallet and figure I can spin them enough to get access to each bolt (which I'm sure wll require a thin-walled socket (size?) for circumfrential clearance. I've also got a question into Compomotive USA but any assistance would be very much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance. Starting from zero.
Kirk
