I got the same letter. I use State Farm, so I think they just sent a form letter with respect to insurance.

As for the 100 number, the law states 100/yr, but the Clark County Offices of the DMV want it interpreted as 100 total and that is the way they are going to read it and apply it. It is going to take #101+ to take them to court over it or start lobbying the State to clarify it or get it more well defined.

I was number 52 a few months back.
