Philminotti Phil 12 is better than #10. I have run #10 for 9 years and will be switching to #12 lines and cooler for the next motor. This is for racing. Under normal driving, I see no problem with 10. The real problem is you want HI-FLOW connections. You understand that ever joint, turn, coupler cost you a little flow and pressure drop. Some of the bigger cobra racers with dry sump are running #14 to and from the
oil tank. In this case being bigger will no hurt anything. It will cost a little more. Rick L.
