Nick, I think I sent the dimensions from the tank that was in 3209, but I'll make a drawing of this one and post it. As for a bladder, there is some stuff that you spray into your tank that bonds with the side wall and forms a leak proof bladder. You spray some prep into the tank and let it cure, then spray the second compound in and let it cure. Before you know it, instant fuel bladder. I don't know everything I need to find out about this stuff yet, but it was developed for repair in aircraft fuel cells and seems to work quite well. I'll know more soon. I've spoken to a couple of systems engineers at work and they are both familiar with it. Seems it's used extensively by the military for repairing battle damage. I'll let you know about it when I figure out what's up. Otherwise, Fuel Safe is going to be expensive.
