I've always used the aftermarket harness. You can get them from Ford SVO, Street and performance, Painless, and a few other places. I know the stock harness can be modified to fit but I have never done it. The aftermarket harness eliminates some of the sensors such as the mass air flow, and a few others. This keeps the engine bay cleaner looking. I know DV has done quite a few of these so maybe he has a better source for less expensive alternatives.
