Do not tell me about WWII ... I heard the stories from my British Grandfather that was fighting the Germans in Europe and I heard the stories from my Australian Grandfather that was fighting the Japanese in PNG ...

I was taught in Australia at school all about WWII, but I also did research when I moved to Japan and what the HISTORY books in the WEST say and what the HISTORY books in Japan say are at either end of the scale. I take the MIDDLE GROUND both sides commited war crimes. EG Flying the families of Japanese War Criminals out so they could watch their Husbands/Fathes be SHOT DEAD by FIRING SQUAD!
