Three of us managed to carry the individual pieces, except the ramp that had the hydraulic cylinder attached. For that, we used a four wheel wooden furniture dolly that had been collecting dust in the garage. It is a Harbor Freight Chinese treasure, but did the job just fine. Your engine hoist should help a lot but I don't know how well it will roll with the unwieldy big pieces attached. Keep your toes and fingers out from under the heavy stuff. Would not be prudent.
