That's pretty cool sideshow. Similar to the APR tune in my Golf GTI, where I can switch back to a "stock" program using the cruise control stalk and restart of the engine. Handy when it goes in for service or warranty claims (which it has more than once) or the old lady needs to drive it. Not that I'd want that in a Cobra!
