Earl I'm in north metro Atlanta. We are going to Cleveland to watch our son play baseball. We are also looking for property in north Ga - we've had it with the traffic and rat race. It's time to pull out all of our teeth and move to the mountains. 
Dave we are open to any time after the traffic clears and an FO sounds like a winner.
