Yes: a Bill of sale and they will iussue you a registration, no title for cars older than 1973(?). A title is an optionmif the car already has a title and you want to use it,
A salvage title may need an inspection etc.
Get a bill of sale with the serial number and year. Should be no problem. Lemme know any problems/questions. cb
