Go to Lynns post that has the link to DMV read the requirements for a title then go to the cleanairforce.com web page. They go by the year of manufacturer for the car not the engine. I determined you can not play games with these people so I'm in the process of buying a Fl. car titled as a 1966 Cobra. Good luck
