Drove in Today!!!
Cobra's back from SA Engines and running like a top. Seriously, this is the best my car has ever run ... and with a ton more power. Hope others enjoyed a drive this morning ... 20% chance of rain, but sun was still out.
Randy - Time to come get that rubber weatherstripping.

It's on my work bench. Give me a call when you head over.
I'm going up to visit Bob Kay in the morning to check out his Coupe. If the weather is nice I'll drive the Unique - if not then the other car. You are welcome to tag along.
Randy

I'm aggravated because the weather channel's website called for a crummy-looking day, but it's looked exceptional virtually all day thus far. I guess I could've driven it!

Jason, how's the clutch? I got a call from S.A. while I was up in PA this week. John told me about extending the linkage travel to faciliate what appears to be a requirment of the RAM clutches. I'm going to work on mine tomorrow. I'm really anxious to get all clutch issues put to rest!

Hey Jason,
I can see a handyman sponsored "Cobra" in your future. Simply advertise that all clients who spend 5K or more get the ride of their life!
Glad to hear your cars running well. Randy, is your phone broken?

Tony - Clutch is MUCH better. It sits a couple inches higher, is pretty firm, and works great. (Yes, I'm talking about the clutch). Apparently the lower height did not allow full travel on the slave cylinder and the clutch wouldn't fully disengage.

I'm assuming I have the same master/slave set up you have, so I should be able to make the adjustment. I'm really looking forward to having that puppy right.

Randy - I figured as such (and remember that tip as well)!
Patrija - Leave it to a Cobra fan to equate cahones and assorted equipment with push "rods" - espeically one with a SUPER FE under it's skirt!
Tony R. - maybe you should've gotten that little thing-a-ma-jigger - Elise? I bet it's clutch at least works but operates with a small push rod.
