It may be (and I have never been able to confirm this) that Billy got the car as part of the settlement of his 15 million dollar suit against Frank Weber. If so, agian I don't know if he ever drove it or just sold it on.
And I just noticed the non-Autokraft "Dagmar" courtesy lamp installed on the rear bulkhead in lieu of the Land Rover unit used from the factory. Lots of "upgrades" on this chassis. 
I love when people pay extra for a "celebrity" car with no documentation. Hey, how much LESS is a car from the Kartrashians worth?
