I understand that 12 CSX1000 series cars were produced with AC sourced bodies. Have later cars in this series been based on North Devon Metalcraft bodies? There doesn't seem to be any reference to CSX1000 cars on Shelby's website. North Devon Metalcraft http://www.ndmetal.co.uk/images/gall...odys%20003.jpg |

As for there being 12 cars, the SAAC registry shows 14 cars CSX1001 thru CSX1014 with most of them built by "AC Motor Holdings", except for CSX1005, which it says was built by "AC Cars".

I have this AC, supposedly the last one off the line across the pond. built as a rolling chassis, motor and drivetrain installed at Shelby America in las vegas, and the original owner spent the day there. only 1,500 miles on the car. any ideas of current value or how I can trace its manufacture, etc?
|
where do I find this "SAAC registry"? thanks
