Adios

Spf sold. Lots of good folks here and in the cobra world, but you might find your community grows and thrives more if you do a better job policing the unusually high number of uneducated, unfriendly people roaming the cobra group. As an outsider, i can tell you this forum stands out as particularly unhelpful and unfriendly compared to forums for a lot of other makes. So for you good folks, enjoy and do what you can. For all you other jackwagons, well, so long.

Thanks for the New Years gift-you won't be missed AT ALL.

And that's it? Seven years on this board and you post 32 times and then leave like that? Apparently, in a huff? What happened to manners around here?

This is another reason for me to love this site, because I learn something new every day.
For example, I have never heard the term jackwagon before, so not only do I have almost infinite resources here to answer everything I could hope to know about Cobras, but I also expand my vocabulary.

Club Cobra is the best!

Congrats on the sale and have a happy life.

 It will be hard to miss someone who averaged fewer than 5 posts per year since 2006.

"Cutting the Heard" is not a bad thing. Sour Grapes about something here? Sorry to hear that. Someone was mean? Hurt your feelings?
Best of luck finding a better, more informative site. But wait a minute...you sold the SPF so we are of no use. Thanks for the heartfelt goodbye.

22 of those were only to sell that gift to the Cobra universe he created. And if I hadn't asked embarrassing questions there would have been less. Never got more than junk science and personal abuse to the hard questions.

Gonna miss the guy that created the theory of 1% Cobra powertrain loss. They'll love him on the Vette forums-he'll teach them a lot.

The only guy lamer and possibly dumber is the guy that swallowed the BS and bought that gem...:LOL:

Yep, I must have slept through that math class in school. The Tuner and Vette forums will welcome him as their "Yoda". I hear they are a great bunch.:3DSMILE:

I found this to be the funniest part of his post. This place bends over backwards for folks. We even take up collections for guys when they hit on hard times. Yes, yes, yes, I know we can, at times, be a bit "uncivil," but, on the whole, I think that's the exception, rather than the rule. I'm wondering if he's just really irritated because, in reality, he did not sell his car, or he took a bath on it. He didn't post the sales price.;)

Bernica 12-27-2013 06:25 PM

The thing about this site is that everyone pretty much checks in the egos at the door and busts their asses to help each other, no matter your station in life. We have no "Yoda"...well, maybe Ned.;)

You probably didn't know that Yoda was originally to be played by a monkey. Yoda Was Almost Played By A Monkey In 'Star Wars' . Yes, I know what you're thinking... but I am not going to segue that in to a quickie cheap shot at Chas or RodKnock.

Over the past two years, I've asked quite a few questions on this forum. In hindsight, some of them were pretty dumb questions, but nobody ever jumped on me. I'll bet I could reword the same exact questions with a dash of arrogance and I'd get all kinds of "uncivil" responses. I'm sure there's a message in there somewhere
