When I get asked "Is it real?" I usually tap the fender and say, "I think so..... the hallucinations stopped with the medication."

I have 2 different answers to question 1. First is; "Noooo, are you kidding?" "It's a replica". The kit/not kit question usually comes up then.

Second answer is "Yup". I chuckle on the inside about this guy telling his friends or some other replica owner that he saw a "real" one at the local gas station.

I think it may be age or miles driven in my Cobra. I just don't care what they say back. The could tell me "oh, it's one of those fake plastic sh!t box's". I'd go, "yup, sure is, and I drive the snot out of it".
