One of my first ITN events in 1992 was a Route 66 Rally. It started in Ontario, ran out to Prescott and then down White Spar Road through a beautiful canyon in Arizona and then back to Laughlin. It was a LONG rally but what a challenge!
I dream of competing in the Targa Newfoundland Rally. But the logistics of the trip across the US and back plus the $5K entry fee make it a very expensive undertaking.
The trip from Arizona to Santa Barbara is not that bad. You should consider running to Vegas with us on November 20. We need some competition!
