Hi Terry,
SDR look at my Avatar......an original Street roadster and the ERA clone.
And CSX3357...
Terry, great pics, is that the standard SPF exhaust with a windsor based engine?
Did it drop in and bolt up as SPF advertises it?
Making the decision right now for either SPF or Shelby for a new street roadster, the Shelby has issues with the under car exhaust that I have researched but, the SPF looks like it will drop in and go.
Best Regards,
TR

SDR great thread!
TR, the SPF supplied headers and pipes are very nicely done and work as advertised. I went with a hood scoop because the carb and manifold (Demon 850 and Edelbrock RPM Air Gap) wouldn't fit without the scoop. The clean hood version takes my breath away!!
SP1410...I knew you couldn't stay out of this one Jim!

And CSX3269 at the Shelby museum in Colorado....
The SPF rendition....I like it better without the hood scoop.

You can order anything you like from the factory. There simply has been no demand for a "Street Car" version. Though we have toyed with some cars in the past to lose the sidepipes:
I have also seen a couple full exhaust cars come out of the factory over the years.
