The Bay Area Cobra Club meets every Saturday morning for breakfast in Livermore. They usually have a pretty good turnout but it does depend upon the weather. You can find out more information here: www.bayareacobraclub.com
If you have time, here are few attractions that might be of interest to you ... Call ahead to be sure they are open.
Some suggestions ...
- Canepa Design http://www.canepa.com/
Located in Scotts Valley (on the way to Santa Cruz)
They have cars for sale, a museum and restoration area.
- Black Hawk Museum http://www.blackhawkmuseum.org/
I have not personally been there (yet), but understand it's a first rate museum.
- The USS Hornet http://www.uss-hornet.org/
The USS Hornet museum in Alameda ... a great chance to visit a very historic ship, and an opportunity to meet some Veterans that can give insight into the ship and it's history.
