Cobra Identification "Cobra Americand Body Style C300"

I have just recently acquired a cobra. The body is in need of paint yet all in all pretty good shape. The car has a plate on the instrument panel that says Shelby American Inc. Body style C300. Its made of fiberglass, and has the old type fuses with the tubes used in the 70's. The motor is a 289 from a 75 year model vehicle. Any help on what I have would be great. Wiring Schematics, specs, value of car...anything. I am in Tampa Florida if anyone is interested in buying it aswell. Hello Chris.

It's a pretty safe bet that the Shelby plate is just that...a plate. ...and has nothing to do with the car's origin.

Post some pictures of the interior, under the hood and doors. I am sure someone can help with an ID.
