I think you should be asking the involved party's if they have any objections to you publicly posting this information. If they don't object why would we.

Sorry for the confusion, I was adressing somedays post as to whether we thought he should remove names etc. from his post. Not your post. Craig |

All the names I quoted were on the video and XXX has another CSX4xxx for sale on there site , offered it to me , 1000hp 190,000.00 , So no offense to myself but i think any one with a little assumption could figure this all out . Just me ; but you are startin to make me paranoid now . Seriously I think Transport Canada signed off on this car so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they kinda know about it , and I don't think the companys involved are gonna take the hit financially or the bad press if it wasn't on the up and up .
I took me two e-mails and one phone call , but thanks for assuming I'm some kind of Sherlock . SDR ________ Honda Cbr600F4I History |
I have just heard directly from 427snakeSC. Clearly he had no idea you -- somedayaurora -- were planning to broadcast the information he exchanged with you via PM on this open forum.
So I repeat: You need to edit your previous posts to remove the names of those involved. There are many helpful, well-meaning people on this forum and if you want to continue to benefit from their advice, you need to learn what's appropriate to share on an open forum and what's not. |

No problem Sundude I was thinking about doing it , I don't need to be stubborn , it does nothing to me to make you more comfortable . Sorry for the disagreement .

Thanks.
Now if I could remind everyone else who cited names, to redact their posts as well, please. |

These are two completely different scenarios. Al/FFR has got things worked out with the feds. And what's "legal" up here is not so black letter. It would likely take a costly court case to sort things out once and for all, and who wants to do that. Just ask the poor guys who ran Superformance Canada. They were charged under the safety act as well as criminally by the feds, and even though the won their cases, went bankrupt nonetheless...taking several customer deposits with them. So is it paranoid, or just prudent?
