" Hemmings will be honoring the 50th birthday of the Chevrolet Corvair at the New England Concours on Sunday, July 18. To show everyone just how innovative these compact cars really are, our goal is to have on display one example of every Corvair model ever built. I think that's cool-showcasing the LAST innovative thing GM did.

Yes, but where GM added innovation was it was available in colors other than Federal yellow.  |

Maybe in the future, there will be Birthday Parties for the Saturn, Aztec from Pontiac, the upside down bath tub designed Chev Impala, Chev Turboglide auto transmission with GR ( Grade Retard ), Vega, etc., etc
