Sounds good, Bryan. Looking forward to getting more pics.
I've got 15" x 8" fronts and 15" x 9" rear Vintage wheels. Not sure of the max size tire I can put on the 15" x 9" rears. Probably a 10" wide. I'll have to research that some more. Have you got recommendations?

Looking great, Bryan. The pic with all four wheels on it makes it look like it's almost ready to hit the road.
With the new chassis under it are the door and hood seams coming together pretty well?
That shop looks like the one up on the interstate. Is that where you're putting it together?
Thanks for the new pics. Looks like you're making great progress.

Continuing to look great, Bryan. And I also continue to be impressed by the quality of the components shown in the pictures. First rate piece of work.
And I see you've got my seat in the car. If I fit in the seat and the seat fits in the car we're good to go. For any of you oversize guys out there, I got a Kirkey seat that I would fit into (their next to largest, I think) and I took it out to B&B when I made my visit. I told Bryan the seat had to fit the car and needed to go as far back and down as it would go. As he mentioned previously, he dropped the floor pan a couple of inches and said he would slightly reposition the seat belt mounts so the seat would go all the way back to the rear bulkhead. Looks like it worked out fine. It'll still be kind of humorous watching me get into it, but I think I'll be fine once I get in. I was considering a Gurney bubble at one point but if the seat fits I won't need it. The removeable steering wheel that Bryan installs should help a lot too.

Thank you Lawrence. With the totally redesigned frame, this has been a real experience to work on and around. I hope you like the little added "touches" I did. If you don't notice them, I'll tell you later. I also want a video of you practicing your "Bo and Luke dive in and go".

lawrence I took one picture of the top of your seat showing how the corner is hitting the roll cage, because of this the seat is sitting at a slight angle, I don't Know if you remmeber or not but when we tried to put your seat in my car not only was it to wide but to tall all of those have been solved with the new frame but now it is the outside corner that is hitting, I didn't want to cut the corner of your seat untill you saw it yourself so let me Know what you think if you can see this in the pictures or not.

I'm afraid it would be more of a oversize "Boss Hog" dive in and go and we'd have to rig up some kind of chute in through the rear hatch to make it happen. An elegant LeMans start it won't be.
You and Laurie and family have a great Easter weekend and keep the progress pics coming next week.
Thanks,

Can't really tell enough from the pics to decide. After I get it I can figure out whether it will be better to cut and recontour the edge of the seat or just bend it a little. Just part of the tweaking and massaging that I'll have to do to get everything like I want it.
I'm just surprised that you're now able to get the seat in without cutting the top like we discussed.
Just realized that was Ron that chimed in a while ago. Good job on it. You'll have to give me a guided tour of the new features when I come out to pick it up.
Thanks,

Lawrence that seat fits with so much more headroom then we had before that it's not even funny, that seat is just so much bigger then my fiberglass seat that i have in my car that is why it hits on the corner, but like you said you will need to look at it for yourself.
