He isn't in Southern California, but Emerson Motor sports which is active on this site has put them into a few Cobras and he could tell you what to expect in the way of work, money, and time. It seems the tranny tunnel may have had to be widened a little but I am not sure of that. Contact Bill Emerson and ask him about it.
