Now you have. Actually, I guess if you haven't been involved with alot of Fox body racing you wouldn't know, but this is not all that rare and is one reason why there is a booming trade in axle replacements for Fox Mustangs. Normally the axle shears before the lugs but that doesn't mean that the 4 lug format isn't crap. This just happens to be from the July 2010 issue of MM&FF.
BTW, I imagine that in your (and my) era of "highschool" everything had at least 5 lug!! LOL
