Unless Painless has modified it, thier drawing will not show how to wire in a manual override switch for the fan.
I had to modify the circuit diagram for a car I helped wire up recently, as he wanted a manual override for the fan as well.
It is a ground activated circuit, which throws a lot of folks off the trail.
