what caused the throtle to stick?

was my last question coupled with and how could it have been prevented. [jhv48 post with pictures] Beacuse whatever I hear on this forum as to the possibe reasons for the stuck throttle will be one of the first things I will check when I get my car in, well, lets see, maybe November, or December, or, well, whenever it arrives.
