You are right, the first day I had the car I was looking for a 3rd gear burndown and could not do it. I can say this, once I missed from going from 1st to 2nd and went from 1st to 4th and the clutch did not slip and I was surprised the transmission did not come through the floor board. I have the centerforce and at times during high rpms shifts it likes to hold it in gear. When i wear it out i will definelty change to a new brand
