Will an SPF glove box fit in a BDR dash?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any BDR owners installing a SPF gove box in their BDR? I have looked at the glove box offered through www.finishlineaccessories.com but it is plastic and not a match or the correct look for my leather trimmed dash.
I am not sure how close of a match the SPF glove box would be to my dash either (or if it will even fit) but it is leather and has to look much better than the plastic one at finish line.

Any suggestions or thoughts?

If you have the heater option it may not fit, you might want to check the physical room compared to the heater box and where the glove box will go.

I think the problem will be that the SPF dashboard is sculpted to allow access to the internal box. It's not just an opening cut in the fiberglass like a gauge is. One side of the hinge is also built on to the dash. Perhaps covering or making a new door would work better? I have a dash here I can send a photo if you like. PM me.
