I have been stopped nine times and I have never been asked about my vin number. They have ask "where is the fire?", "do you know you spun your tires at 50 mph?", "did you know you spun your tires in first and second gear?", I heard your three blocks away."
never said anything about vin #'s.
NO Tickets 
and never in the same town.
