I hate to say this, but looking at their website, the car is priced at the high end of what "I" think it's worth. There are better cars out there for sale for the same money

It has wiper, heater, and a top (that needs installation), as a MK 1 FFR, for 23K, that is not a bad deal.

That's about right....his web posting is $28.5K which I think is high for that car.
I'm sure you've checked out FFCARS classifieds too. There are a few cars listed that I think are better "deals" (at least on paper) also in the mid 20's
