Default CSX 3360 Cobra Pics

Hi all,

I recently restored the last Shelby Cobra made - CSX3360. I had promised I would post pics after I finished but totally forgot so I thought I would do that now . . .

Thumbs up

Absolutely stunning. When I look at these photos, I start thinking all over again about tossing the pipes and roll bar and converting my car to a street roadster.

I see that the engine valve covers have the 427 emblem forward on the driver side and to the rear on the passenger side. Is that based on how the car was originally trimmed out?

Beautiful car - that's why I'm building a street roadster.

Wow, I didn't realize those pics were so large, lol.

Thanks for the compliments. I took 6400 pictures during the restoration so everything should be pretty much exactly as original. The car only has 6000 mi so I'm sure most things were in their original configuration.

Looks awesome Scott! Pics look like they were taken at Canepa in Scotts Valley, CA. Did they do the resto? Your car looks familiar from my many visits to Canepa's shop.

Makes you wonder why so many replicas go the Stripe and Pipe route. And then there are those that use Chevy motors ... Lovely car!

Yes, I work for Canepa Design. It's not my car but I was the lead restoration tech.
