Prayers to Freddie's family and friends. It's very obvious he will be missed and not forgotten. I didn't know the man, but after reading all about him, he was a great person, Dad and Husband which by his passing has left a great void in many peoples lives, including the Cobra community. Godspeed Freddie.

From the margararita machines... to the the ribs on the grill... from the parts car at RUN & Gun... to Snake Rattle And Roll... to Spring Fling... to London Cobra Show to Texas Cobra Club...The head of the Memphis Mafia will live on here in our hearts.

What A Loss!
Just got back from an extended trip and read about Freddie's passing.
For those of us who had the privilege of knowing him, we will truely miss our friend. For those who didn't have the pleasure of meeting him; you missed out on one of the best - a true friend to anyone he met. Freddie was "The Party" not just one of the guests. Like TC has said; Flying Freddie's ribs are the best, and I too will think of him every time I light up the smoker. FF's secret: dry rub! and slow and low cook! God Bless my friend! TL |
