Request about offset bushings and bump steer kit

Hi guys,
I would like to know what's the procedure to install offset bushing and a bump steer kit on a stock manual mustang rack and pinion. What are the best products.
My steering is too shaky on rough surface even after alignment.
I feel the imperfection of the road too much and I would like to improve that so I would like to know if somebody could give me a little course on how to install those two,pictures of the installation would be awesome too since I understand better when I see things. What are the steps in doing so,thanks a lot for your effort,I appreciate any help,cheers !
