OK, don't laugh... I seriously considered doing just that. In fact, last year I tried to evacuate the air inside the bag. I remembered, as a kid, that at one time or another we had a "Seal-A-Meal" thing that was of the quality of a "Pocket Fisherman" or "Rhinestone and Stud Setter." It worked a couple of times before it broke, I think. Anyway, I put the Cobra in her bag and then got my shop vac out and tried to suck the air out of the bag just like Ron Popeil did with the Seal-A-Meal bag and the stinky fish. Well, it didn't work and, frankly, I looked pretty dumb even to myself. So, I gave up. BUT, had it even half way worked, I was then going to fill the bag up with nitrogen, vac it out again, fill it back up, vac it out again, and then I would feel quite good about myself keeping her in a nitrogen filled bag over the winter.

Now THAT's Funny! FWIW, I almost bought a pocket fisherman..
